Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to 220 countries worldwide.

 

What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices are in BBD.

 

Who is our carrier?

DHL is our primary carrier and offers real-time destination tracking. (DHL EXPRESS)

 

How much will the shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are quoted by shipment weight and destination.

 

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in BBD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

We make an effort to fulfill all orders in a timely manner therefore orders are shipped as soon as we process them at our facility. Transit days are displayed at checkout and vary per destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or natural disasters.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes or postal codes?

NO. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver’s address given by Shipper but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. In addition, any costs incurred to orders as a result of the order being returned due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied on the checkout screen will be the sole responsibility of the customer and not that of Natz Beauty Supplies.

 

Shipping Restrictions

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.

Hazardous Materials

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish, and items containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals).

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be delivered via local carrier (ground transportation) and cannot be shipped via DHL Express. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be delivered to addresses within Barbados and cannot be shipped to international addresses.
