Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged upon receipt, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed since your last purchase, there would be no refund or exchange. A restocking fee of 10% will apply where applicable on all orders. If the reason for the return isn't a result of our error, the cost of return delivery of BBD $16.00 will be deducted from your refund. All hair or lash extensions, cosmetics, gel polishes, files, forms, acrylic, acrylic liquids, acetone, intimate or health, and personal grooming are exempt from being returned. No returns on these products are accepted due to hygienic reasons. To complete your return for a damaged item, we require a receipt or original invoice. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.

 

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natzbeautysupplies@gmail.com or contact us at 246-835-4282 and we will arrange to collect and exchange the product.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Natz Beauty Supplies, #82 VALLEY VISTA, LOWER GREYS, CHRIST CHURCH, BB17005, BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $100 BBD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance where applicable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
