Delivery Procedures

At Natz Beauty Supplies, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and as fast as possible. Our delivery method eases your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. Goods are shipped to our facility from the suppliers, and Natz Beauty Supplies monitors your order from the point where it leaves our facility to when it is in your hands. Whether it's shampoo or cream, your order will be safe in our hands till it’s in yours. All Standard orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. All Express orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Express orders will be delivered same day if the order is placed before 11:00 am. You will receive your order anywhere from 2-7 business days from the date that the order is placed. All orders will be delivered in the order in which they were received. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our facility. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. We have partnered with a local courier (Rapid R Services) to offer you delivery service of all our products to anywhere in Barbados, also homes which will be subject to a delivery fee.

 

Delivery Rates

We have a minimal island-wide flat rate delivery fee of BBD 16.00 on all Standard orders. If you require express delivery, there will be an extra charge of BBD 6.00 added to the Standard island-wide flat-rate fee. Please note Express delivery is a minimal flat rate delivery fee of BBD 22.00.

Handling and Delivery

All our goods are inspected at our facility, after which it is packed and handed over to our courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.

 

Availability

Stock and availability shown on this site are for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely information on stock and availability, it may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to the cart and the time your order is processed. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.

Express Delivery

Our items have an "Expedited Delivery" option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. If you require express delivery, your order should be placed before 11:00 am and the goods will be delivered the same day or depending on the time the order was placed the next business day.

 

Service Delays

Natz Beauty Supplies is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as mechanical issues, collisions, or other occurrences and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
