What is Ecommerce?

Ecommerce, also known as electronic commerce or internet commerce, refers to the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions. Ecommerce is often used to refer to the sale of physical products online, but it can also describe any kind of commercial transaction that is facilitated through the internet.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If any item fails to perform as stated or is damaged in some way upon delivery, the item may be replaced or the purchase cost refunded at the discretion of Management in consultation with the customer. There is no return or exchange on hair or lash extensions, cosmetics, gel polishes, files, forms, acrylic, acrylic liquids, acetone, intimate or health, and personal grooming. To arrange an exchange or refund, please contact us via telephone or email at natzbeautysupplies@gmail.com. If the reason for return isn't a result of our error, the cost of return delivery of BBD16.00 will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 10% will apply where applicable on all orders. What are your delivery days?

All Standard orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. All Express orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Express orders will be delivered the same e day if the order is placed before 11:00 am.

When can I expect delivery?

You will receive your order anywhere from 2-to 7 business days from the date that the order is placed. All standard and express orders will be delivered Monday to Friday provided the items are in stock between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Express orders will be delivered the same day if the order is placed before 11:00 am. All orders will be delivered in the order in which they were received.

 

 

How will I know if my order is received?

You will be notified via email when you place an order that your order has been forwarded to us and will be processed on the next delivery day. Please allow us 2 business days to process your order.

Does Natz Beauty Supplies ship overseas?

Yes. We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed in the country field at checkout, please contact us and request it be added.

 

Does Natz Beauty Supplies make deliveries?

We offer delivery on all our products to anywhere in Barbados, also homes which will be subject to a delivery fee. For more detail, please review our delivery policy.

 

 

Why was my card declined?

Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When we submit a charge to your bank, they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into accounts such as your spending habits, account balance, and card information like the expiration date and CVC. Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous anti-fraud systems.

Can I self-collect the items?

Yes, we allow self-collection/curbside pick-up. Self-collection is available Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. To keep our business running smoothly, please allow 1 to 2 hours for us to prepare your order. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS text message, a WhatsApp message, or an email.

 

Does your courier take cash/credit cards/cheques?

Our local courier (Rapid R Services) takes cash only but you can make a payment online through our secured website using any valid credit card or visa debit card.

Can I change or cancel my order?

When you submit an order through our checkout page, it begins to process and can’t be changed or canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

 

How do I pay for the items I order?

At Natz Beauty Supplies, you can use cash on delivery or pay online through our secured website using any credit or debit card with a Visa/Mastercard logo on the front of the card. All charges to your card will be made in BBD/USD, so your bank may charge an extra foreign conversion fee if your card is issued in another country.

What are your opening hours?

Natz Beauty Supplies website is accessible 24/7. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We do not have a walk-in store but you can shop through our online store https://www.natzbeauty.com and our social media outlets. We use WhatsApp as a medium for any queries you may have.
