What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If any item fails to perform as stated or is damaged in some way upon delivery, the item may be replaced or the purchase cost refunded at the discretion of Management in consultation with the customer. There is no return or exchange on hair or lash extensions, cosmetics, gel polishes, files, forms, acrylic, acrylic liquids, acetone, intimate or health, and personal grooming. To arrange an exchange or refund, please contact us via telephone or email at natzbeautysupplies@gmail.com. If the reason for return isn't a result of our error, the cost of return delivery of BBD16.00 will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 10% will apply where applicable on all orders.
